POSITION: PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator for a growing full-scope optometric practice in beautiful Concord, NC.
This position’s responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Answering a multi-line phone system
• Scheduling Appointments
• Patient check-in including updating and verifying patient info
• Computer Intake
• Verifying Insurances for planned treatment
• Greeting & Assisting Patients
• Conducting reminder calls to all patients
• Charge entry, payment collections, and reconciling daily reports
• Soliciting patient referrals
• Contribution to Office Organization

Self-motivated positive patient-friendly personality and top-notch customer service skills required. Ideal candidates must enjoy interacting with people, be organized, and excel with multitasking. Computer skills are required as our office uses EMR. Medical receptionist experience preferred and previous optometry/optical experience a plus, however personality and ability to communicate with patients is the most important.
